Return policy

At Bagwani Nursery, we take great care in delivering healthy, fresh plants and quality gardening products to your doorstep. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy as outlined below:

1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns or offer replacements under the following conditions:

  • The plant/product was damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)

  • The plant/product is in poor condition upon arrival (e.g., dried, dead, or infected)

2. Time Frame

  • To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or videos.

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Email us at info@bagwaninursery.com or WhatsApp us at [your number]

  • Mention your Order ID

  • Attach clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong item

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Plants damaged due to improper handling or care by the customer

  • Live plants that have already been transplanted

  • Bulk or custom orders

5. Refund/Replacement Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund (only in cases where replacement is not possible).

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
