Where we deliver

We send plants by truck from our nursery at Agwan Khera, Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh) to 24 states and union territories across India. For export orders, we share the shipping terms with your quotation.

Freight (transport cost)

Freight is not included in plant prices. It depends on the distance, the truck size and the number of plants.
My Quote on our website shows an estimate when you choose your state. The final freight is confirmed in your quotation before you pay.
We can send your plants in a full truck or as part of a shared (part) load.

When we dispatch

We confirm your loading date after we receive your advance payment.
Large orders, tall trees and seasonal plants may need extra preparation time. We tell you the loading date in advance.

Transit time after dispatch

Same day to 2 days: Uttarakhand, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh
2–4 days: Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar
4–6 days: Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha, Telangana, Assam
6–9 days: Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala

These are road transit estimates. Weather, traffic, road closures, check posts and strikes can cause delays that are outside our control.

Packing

Plants are watered before loading, kept in their poly bags and stacked to reduce damage on the road. Tall trees and palms are tied and supported for the journey.

At delivery: what we need from you

Make sure the truck can reach your site and that someone is there to receive the plants.
Keep labour ready to unload as soon as the truck arrives. Long waits harm the plants, and the transporter may charge waiting charges.
Water the plants and keep them in shade until planting.
Check the plants while unloading and report any problem within 24 hours, as explained in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
