These terms apply to all quotations, orders and sales by Bagwani Nursery, a brand of Bagwaniz Nursery and Plantations Private Limited ("we", "us"), and to the use of this website.
1. Wholesale supply
We supply plants in wholesale quantities to landscapers, builders, government departments, farmers, nurseries and other businesses. The minimum order is ₹50,000 per order, before freight. You can mix any plants, sizes and quantities.
2. Prices and quotations
- Prices depend on the plant variety, bag size, height and quantity. Prices on the website or in price lists are indicative; your quotation gives the final price.
- Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
- Prices are subject to stock availability when the order is confirmed.
- GST is charged as applicable. Freight is extra and is shown in your quotation.
3. Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed when we receive the advance payment stated in your quotation. Any balance must be paid before dispatch.
- Pay only to the bank account or UPI ID printed on our official quotation. Call +91 70888 70984 to confirm the bank details before you pay. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account from a new number.
- Changes to an order after confirmation may change the price and the dispatch date.
4. Plants, sizes and photos
Plants are living products. Heights, bag sizes and fullness are approximate and vary naturally. Photos on our website show typical plants. You can ask for current photos on WhatsApp before you order.
5. Delivery and claims
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, missing or wrong plants must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos, as set out in our Refund & Replacement Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for the affected plants. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as project delays, penalties or loss of profit.
7. Use of this website
The text, photos and videos on this website belong to Bagwani Nursery and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but we may correct errors and change prices or availability at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with a quotation, bill, purchase order or sale is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
